            JEANNETTE M. BOUDREAU, attorney and founder, has been practicing law since 1980 in the areas of entertainment and business contracts and transactions, and intellectual property matters including copyright, trademark and right of publicity.  Among her clients are radio and television production companies, broadcast personalities, book authors, actors, playwrights, theaters, musicians and songwriters, distributors, visual artists, and other similar clients.  She also provides business organizational set-up services for entertainment and business clients including incorporations, organization of limited liability companies, and partnerships.  In addition, Ms. Boudreau also provides estate planning services, including living trusts, wills, advance health care directives, and powers of attorney.

            VICTORIA PEDERSEN, attorney, has been practicing law since 1990 and specializes in trademark and copyright law, entertainment licensing, and negotiating and drafting a wide range of business agreements. She served as associate counsel for Winterland Productions, Inc., and senior counsel for Signatures Network, Inc. (formerly Sony Signatures).

              ROBERT E. GORDON - Special Counsel

Robert E. Gordon is a highly experienced Entertainment Law Attorney, having specialized in Music Industry Law for many decades.  His areas of expertise include copyright law, record and production companies, music publishing both domestic and foreign, merchandise licensing, and related matters.  Mr. Gordon also has extensive experience in matters relating to motion pictures, television, book publishing and general copyright.

 

Among others, Mr. Gordon has had long term representation of “superstar artists” including Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, The Doobie Brothers as well as numerous record and music publishing companies.  He is long term counsel for the internationally acclaimed Kronos Quartet.

 

Mr. Gordon served as an Adjunct Professor of Entertainment Law at Hastings College of the Law in 1990-91, and taught Entertainment law at the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1992.  He has also served on numerous American Bar Association panels related to Entertainment Law.

 

Professional activities:

Mr. Gordon is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Copyright Society of the United States.

 

Gordon is a musician, sings with the choral group SingersMarin, and is an avid cyclist.  He serves on a number of non-profit boards.

 

 

            LARA CORKREY, Legal Assistant, provides support and administrative services.  She has nearly ten years of administrative employment, including office management, human resources, tax services, data management, invoicing, and accounting.  She provides assistance in all areas of our legal practice including entity formation, copyright, trademark, and estate planning.  Lara has a B.A. in Psychology from Dominican University of California.
